Positiv: Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gute Lage. Kommunikation hat auch gut geklappt.

Positiv: Gute Lage, freundliche Kommunikation. Ausstattung ikea-geschmackvoll.

Negativ: Küche nur minimal eingerichtet.

Positiv: Total unkomplizierte Buchung. Sauber und komfortabel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Sehr gute Übernachtungsalternative in Zentrumsnähe.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat sogar einen Balkon nach hinten.

Positiv: War wirklich alles super, alles sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Modernes Apartment in perfekter Lage

Positiv: Zentral, aber ruhig. Check in und Checkout unkompliziert. Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Bushaltestelle genau vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Negativ: Ein Fön wäre noch schön.

Positiv: Good heating and spacious apartment . Near bus stop Near supermarket.

Negativ: It’s in the 4th floor and very steep steps with luggage very difficult to climb. Bed sheet and covers can be better than given.

Great location in the heart of the city. A generous coffee machine treats everyone good! :)

Positiv: Great location in the heart of the city, a walk to the train station takes ca. 10 minutes via the main promenade with cafes and restaurants. A direct bus from the bus stop right in front of the house runs to Karl Marx's head, which is the main attraction of the neighborhoods.The entrance is clean, one may enter using a secret code on the left side of the main entrance. The owner had attached detailed instructions with photos of each step, so it was not difficult at all to get in. -> Even a child can repeat it. The apartment faces the street. It is sunny in the morning and afternoon. It is comfortable to work at the table. Huge refrigerator if you are a fan of eating at home. Cleanliness is commendable. If you'll be in this city on a passing trip, especially on business at local university which is right around the corner, book this apartment without thinking too long.

Negativ: Be careful - the coffee machine pours more coffee than the size of the mugs provided. It took me some time and efforts to clean the machine afterwards and remove all the coffee smudges on the countertop. So, you'd better drink tea))

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Polecam na krótszy i na dłuższy pobyt!

Positiv: Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, wszystkie informacje przekazane przez właściciela w odpowiednim czasie. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, jest suszarka do włosów, płyta indukcyjna, mikrofalówka, czajnik elektryczny i ekspres do kawy. Mi brakowało pralki (dłuższy pobyt), ale do pralni nie było daleko, więc odczucia i tak pozytywne :)

Negativ: Wspomniany powyżej brak pralki, ale wiem, że to dość unikatowe wymaganie. I niestety z powodu korzystnej lokalizacji (przystanek autobusu miejskiego pod klatką) mieszkanie było niestety dość głośne, także w nocy. Ale stopery dawały radę :)

Positiv: Расположение, рядом лидл. Парковка платная но не дорого всего 2,5 в день паркшейн.

Negativ: Не заметил дополнительно платёж и вместо 53 получается почти 100евро, ну за 100 можно было бы более интересные варианты взять. Но в целом все хорошо.
