Positiv: Ausstattung, Lage und Ausblick haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Negativ: Informationen zum Check-In kamen recht kurzfristig und deutlich später als vorher angekündigt. Nachfragen über das Booking.com-Portal wurden nicht beantwortet.

Positiv: Зручне розташування, поряд є магазини, кафе, зупинка трамвая. На кухні є все необхідне приладдя, щоб приготувати їжу у разі необхідності.

Negativ: В одній з кімнат було трохи холодно, хоч радіатор був увімкнений на максимум.

Absolutely amazing apartment, in a perfect location for a great price.

Positiv: This is an outstanding apartment. Its quirky and fun. The room arrangement and ceilings to make use of an attic space are really wonderful. We so enjoyed the operable skylights. The views from them are stunning. I loved being in the apartment as much as I loved touring Dresden. We used the clothes washer and it had a leak. I reported it in the morning and by the time we returned to the apartment that night, it was fixed. This is far superior to staying in a hotel, and for a much better price. I really cant say enough about how amazing this apartment is. I could live there.

Negativ: The elevator in the building was not always operating, and we had to take the stairs several times carrying luggage. We had difficulty getting into the building. Once in, we were able to easily get into the apartment, but the instruction of getting into the building were not clear. After calling the host on the phone we finally learned we had to buzz the apartment marked Schuman and then they would open the door for us. Other than these two minor hiccups, everything went very well.
